Product / Farled

Farled turns CRM into an active sales flow.

Farled is Aprex's AI-first CRM concept for leads, offers, follow-up, and customer processes. The goal is to make the next action clear: from meeting and notes to offer draft, team approval, customer-friendly offer page, and follow-up in one flow.

The problem Farled solves

Many sales teams lose momentum because leads, meeting notes, offers, approvals, and follow-up live in different tools. Farled targets the friction between conversation, offer, and next action, not another heavy admin system.

From meeting to offer

The core idea is that the seller can speak or write briefly, and Farled helps retrieve context, choose a template, create a controlled offer draft, and suggest follow-up. Where risk requires it, a team lead or owner approves before sending.

The offer as customer experience

Farled's position is that an offer should not only be a PDF. The offer can be a calm, customer-friendly page with value, terms, FAQ, signing, and signals about what the customer actually opened or read.

AI with rails

Farled should not be free-text AI wrapped in CRM. Safe templates, seller voice, tenant-scoped CRM data, logging, and limited API actions make output more stable, auditable, and trustworthy.

Core modules

A Farled pilot should start with a small set of modules that directly affect sales speed.

Voice and text

The seller can describe the next step by voice or text while the meeting is still fresh.

Offer engine

AI creates offer drafts from templates, playbook, and context before human approval.

Team approval

The responsible person can approve, request changes, or stop sending without extra process.

Seller voice

Tone, signature, preferred phrases, and wording can be standardized without becoming generic.

Warm signals

Opens, activity, and status can make the next action clearer for the seller.

Integrations

Farled should connect to forms, email, CRM, or invoicing where API and data handling allow it.

Farled FAQ

Is Farled the same as Flyt?

Farled is the updated product name. Older material and the external product site may still refer to the concept as Flyt while the name is being phased over.

When is Farled coming?

Farled is planned for summer 2026. Until then, it should be described as a pilot/product in development, not a finished enterprise CRM.

Is Farled a finished enterprise CRM?

No. Farled should be understood as an AI-first CRM and offer concept in pilot/development, focused on simple sales flow rather than heavy enterprise administration.

What should a first Farled pilot test?

A good pilot tests one sales flow: meeting or lead in, offer draft out, approval, sending, and follow-up. The goal is measuring time saved and better follow-up.

Can Farled be built around an existing CRM?

Yes. If the team already uses CRM, Aprex can assess whether the Farled principles should sit on top as an AI/offer workflow instead of replacing everything.

Status must be honest

Farled should be described with clear pilot status until product, legal entity, data processing, pricing, and commercial operations are fully clarified. AI drafts, offers, and customer follow-up should always have control points.

Want to test the Farled principle?

Send how leads arrive today, how offers are created, who approves, and where follow-up stops.
